This equipment is used to make stretched shrimp for fried shrimp, tempura, etc.
The “SUJIKIRI Machine” streamlines the pre-cutting process for beautiful stretching. The depth of the cut can be freely adjusted. The high-speed rotating blade has a feathery touch and prevents the material from falling apart.
The “NOBASHI Machine” stretches shrimp into a slim shape, making them easier to process in dishes. The stretching dimensions can also be adjusted.
