Seasoning liquid shower ring state

It can be used to coat various sauces and sauces, or as a shower – type battering machine to evenly coat seasonings.

The seasoning liquid is poured in a curtain-like pattern from above the conveyor, coating the product evenly all around. (Coating only one side is also possible.)

Excess liquid on the front and back of the product is removed and collected by air blowing. (BTFT-220 uses a scraping method)

It contributes to the efficiency of coating various seasonings.

  • This is an automated device for the coating process of sauces and various seasonings.
  • The sauce is evenly coated on both sides of the product. The amount of sauce coated can be adjusted by adjusting the blower strength.
  • Coating on only one side is also possible.
