FEATURES 01: Far infrared cooking

Linear infrared rays are radiated directly to unheated objects and have a strong heat penetration effect. They are effective in bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. This effect can also be seen in stones, soil, and wood, and is used in familiar foods such as stone-baked sweet potatoes, charcoal-grilled sweet potatoes, and Tianjin sweet chestnuts.
Our unique technology allows us to emit stable wavelengths from near-infrared to far-infrared, providing delicious effects on a variety of ingredients.

Uses a highly efficient far-infrared heater to prevent deterioration of deep-frying oil
Temperature rises by more than 7°C per minute, and the start-up time is 25 to 30 minutes. The watt density is kept low, so there is little localized overheating and the oil lasts longer. Our unique far-infrared technology reduces temperature drop when various foods are added, and the recovery time is quick, so the food always comes out crispy. Temperature control is proportional control by SSR to heat the heater.
Reduces oil volume and oil deterioration
The structure minimizes the amount of oil that is stored, resulting in a high oil turnover rate and oil conservation.
By preventing localized overheating in the combustion unit, oil lasts 20 to 30% longer than before.
Increase production capacity
Example: Shrimp Tempura (pre-frying for 1 minute)
The amount of shrimp that can be processed per hour is approximately 3,500 to 4,000 fish

Batter inserter
It has a double jacket to cool the batter, and the amount of batter can be adjusted by changing the weights.

Final Filtration Equipment
Improves frying quality and oil retention. Various types are available depending on frying amount and production time.
Oil smoke recovery device
By inserting a special filter into the top cover of the fryer, oil smoke can be removed. Replacement is also easy. By eliminating the hood, fires and hot air in the duct are prevented, improving the working environment.
*Please clean the filter about once a week.
