Uses a highly efficient far-infrared heater to prevent deterioration of deep-frying oil
Temperature rises by more than 7°C per minute, and the start-up time is 25 to 30 minutes. The watt density is kept low, so there is little localized overheating and the oil lasts longer. Our unique far-infrared technology reduces temperature drop when various foods are added, and the recovery time is quick, so the food always comes out crispy. Temperature control is proportional control by SSR to heat the heater.
