By adopting a highly efficient blast burner, we have achieved an astonishing thermal efficiency of 70%!
Temperature rises by more than 7°C per minute, with a start-up time of 25 to 30 minutes. Heat is supplied quickly because the amount of heat energy effectively utilized is about twice as high as conventional products. Temperature drop when turned on is small, and recovery time is fast, so food always comes out crispy.
