Linear infrared rays are radiated directly to unheated objects and have a strong heat penetration effect. They are effective in bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. This effect can also be seen in stones, soil, and wood, and is used in familiar foods such as stone-baked sweet potatoes, charcoal-grilled sweet potatoes, and Tianjin sweet chestnuts.

By adopting a highly efficient blast burner, we have achieved an astonishing thermal efficiency of 70%!
Temperature rises by more than 7°C per minute, and start-up time is 25 to 30 minutes. Heat is supplied quickly because the amount of effectively utilized thermal energy is about twice as high as conventional methods. Temperature drop is small when turned on, and recovery time is fast, so food always comes out crispy. Temperature control is performed by PID control to efficiently burn the burner.

Oil smoke recovery device
By inserting a special filter into the top cover of the fryer, oil smoke can be removed. Replacement is also easy.
By eliminating the hood, fires and hot air in the duct are prevented, improving the working environment.
