It can be installed in a small space and can be operated by a small number of people, which makes it highly productive and enables the production of high-quality stretched shrimp.
It also has excellent cleaning properties from a hygienic standpoint, with only a few parts to be attached and detached during cleaning, and the machine body can be left open, allowing for thorough cleaning in a short amount of time.
This is a higher-end model of the conventional NOBASHI Machine, and will deliver the best performance for the production of special stretched shrimp.

Features
- The work is easy! Just place the shrimp on the circulating pallet. Even inexperienced people can get involved in the work.
- This machine reproduces the traditional manual stretching process, allowing you to process uniformly stretched shrimp without the variation seen in manual processes.
- Shrimp sizes from 21/25 to 61/70 are available (please contact us for other sizes)
- Production volume is 7,200 to 9,000 pieces/hour with 3 to 4 people.
- It has excellent cleaning properties, requires few detachable parts, and can be thoroughly cleaned in a short time.
